We are seeking individuals that are clean, dependable, drug-free, and highly engaged in learning. These are absolutes to be considered for hire. We are a Christian-based company that is locally owned & family operated. We only conduct employment interviews at our main facility, located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Please note that our other facilities in Santa Rosa Beach and Panama City could be your potential service location. If you are hired we will work to find the best possible position.
Qualifying Positions:
- A/C Service Technicians
- HVAC Installers
- Duct Mechanics
These will be full-time, year-round, permanent positions. Pay rate is $18.00 hour, or depending on experience, with benefits package after 90-days of employment. We love what we do and we love our customers. And we love the challenge of being great every single day.
